When working in spirals, especially when making small ‘Amigurumi’ style crochet items, it’s useful to be able to eliminate the central hole created when starting ‘Granny Square’ style, with a ring of 3 or 4 chain stitches. There are lots of tutorials out there, but I thought it would be handy to have one attached to Planet Penny.
