   surprisingly, considering how he hides in his bed rather than go for a walk in the rain, he *asks* to go out in the snow!

   Thanks for all the Christmas greetings! All being well I shall be in France for the next few days visiting my grandsons, while Higgins holidays at my daughter’s pub, (angling for the job of washer up no doubt!)
